Contact information for Undergraduates
Currently, the Undergraduate Office (UGO) and the Student Support Office (SSO) are not available for in-person, drop-in appointments. We will let you know when this changes! For now, we ask all our students not to visit Old College and the ground floor UGO/SSO offices with questions. Instead, please follow the instructions below so that we can respond to your queries in the quickest and safest way.
Contact the UGO
The UGO can help with course enrollment, assessments, timetables, teaching etc.
Please contact the UGO through the monitored Discussion Board on the Learn UG Community site. The discussion board is organised into different threads to help you direct your enquiry. Each thread has attached FAQs that might answer your question immediately! The discussion board is monitored throughout the day, and you can usually expect a response within 24 hours (although this could increase during our busy periods).
Please email the UGO team at email@example.com and we will aim to get back to you within 2-3 days.
Contact the SSO
The SSO can help with absences, Special Circumstances, degree transfers, taking a break from study, other support services etc.
The SSO is available to chat via Microsoft Teams. Search for ‘SUPPORT Lawstudent’ in the tool bar at the top of the Teams interface to connect with us.
Chat is monitored from 10am – 12pm Monday to Friday. If you have a query outside these times please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please email the SSO team at email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please email the SSO team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include ‘Appointment Request’ in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible to set-up an appropriate time to meet with you through Microsoft Teams.
