Contact information for Diploma students

Currently, the Diploma Office is not available for in-person drop-in appointments. We will let you know when this changes! For now, we ask all our students not to visit the Diploma Office at 9B Holyrood Road with questions. Instead, please follow the instructions below so that we can respond to your queries in the quickest and safest way.

Contact the Diploma Office

The Diploma Office is here to offer you advice and guidance throughout the course of your studies. If you have any questions related to teaching, including questions about your timetable, course materials, access to our online Virtual Learning Environment (LEARN), any teaching-related queries, or if you are experiencing any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

You can contact us at law.diploma@ed.ac.uk in the first instance, book virtual appointments, and/or connect via Microsoft Teams.

Your Personal Tutor

Your Personal Tutor (PT) will have oversight of your academic progress throughout your programme, and can provide advice on a range of matters.

You will be provided with your PT’s contact details at your first meeting of the Foundation Skills Programme. Please email your Personal Tutor in the first instance. Meetings will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams in most cases.

Course Organisers

If you have a query directly related to one of your courses, you should contact the Course Organiser (CO) by email in the first instance. You can find their contact details via the Learn course portal.
