On Thursday 6th October University Security will be running a joint event with Police Scotland to tackle bike theft. Between 12pm and 1.30pm we will be outside the Main Library in George Square marking bikes, selling D-locks at a subsidised price, and offering safety and security advice. Following this officers from the police and University Security will conduct joint patrols of the area.
Do come along if you want to register a bike on the national bicycle database, or have any security questions. And please share this email with any colleagues or students who may find it useful.
