The Women in Law Society and Commercial Law Society Competition

Dear Edinburgh Law Students, 

Are you currently looking to acquire a Training Contract? Or are you planning on finding a job in the corporate world?  

The Women in Law Society and Commercial Law Society have collaborated to bring you a fantastic opportunity to show off your Commercial Awareness skills with the opportunity of qualifying into a wider Scottish inter-university competition. Herbert Smith Freehills and Natwest have offered work experiences for the final of the inter-university competition so this is not an opportunity you want to miss.

Whether you feel confident in your knowledge or feel that your Commercial Awareness may not be as strong as you would like, sign up to our competition and use this opportunity to learn more. These are crucial experiences to have on your CV and can be extremely beneficial in helping you stand out from the crowd.  

We have also tried to base the rounds in part on real experience from interviews with commercial law firms so you can prepare for those important interviews.
