*International Law Conference*
Lawyers Without Borders – Edinburgh Student Division is excited to invite you to our International Law Conference 2022 from February 19th – 21st. Come hear our speakers, ranging from NGO Directors to UN Ombudspersons on global terrorism, talk about current issues in human rights law and international law, their experience in practicing and tips on how to follow in their footsteps!

*International Rule of Law Innovation Challenge*
The Edinburgh Student Division is recruiting students to compete in teams for Lawyers Without Border’s “Innovation Challenge”!
Students will work in teams to brainstorm and propose solutions to help address current human rights issues. After submission students will then be able to travel to London, with travel costs and accomodation subsidised, to present their proposals in person to a panel of judges at King’s College London, including the founder of Lawyers Without Borders. During and after the event, you will be able to mingle with competitors from other student divisions across the country and explore London.

Applications for the competition are due WEDNESDAY 23RD FEBRUARY at 11:59pm. Places are limited, so sign up quickly!
***Key Dates****
– Teams will be formed and brainstorming will begin on 28TH FEBRUARY.
– Proposals must be completed and submitted by 8TH APRIL at the latest.
– The trip will take place from 12TH-14TH MAY. The in-person presentation will take place on the 13TH MAY.
