Do BAME students experience a sense of belonging and acceptance at Edinburgh University?
The Centre for Inflammation Research is currently seeking 50 BAME UK domiciled undergraduate students to take part in a PTAS funded research study. This study, headed by Dr. Mohini Gray, explores why students from BAME backgrounds have a lower chance of achieving a successful degree outcomes as compared to their white counterparts. We are seeking student opinions on the factors that contribute to the award gap and their awareness of actions being taken by Edinburgh University to address it.
