Mindful Doodling for Let’s Talk Mental Health and Wellbeing Week

MINDFUL DOODLING

We have set up a mindful doodling session for Law School students and staff on Monday 23rd November 1pm-2pm:

Doodling derives from dawdling and is a great way to step out of the day’s busyness for a little while, to slow down and be more present to yourself and your environment.  In this session you’ll be able to play with the visual alphabet used in doodling and create your own images for colouring and a lot more.  All you need is some white paper and a black pen.
