EUSA – Mental Health and Wellbeing Week programme
We know that 1 in 4 of us will struggle with our mental health each year and many more will be affected by the stigma surrounding mental illness, but lots of us struggle to find the words to talk about how we’re feeling.
That’s why, each year, we organise a programme of events and activities focused on mental health and wellbeing. Mental Health and Wellbeing Week 2019 took place from 11-15 November, with over 45 events and activities for students and staff.
This year we’re going even bigger with a three-week long programme running from 9-27 November.
But we need your support to make it a success. To help us a build a diverse, creative and engaging programme, we would like to invite you, the University community, to work with us, whether by organising an event, sharing your favourite wellbeing activity, or spreading the word.
Find out more about how you can get involved, including how you can let us know about your events in our Event Organiser Guide
