RESEARCH PROGRAMME OPPORTUNITY with Lawyers without Borders
**RESEARCH PROGRAMME OPPORTUNITY**
We are so excited to introduce you to the Lawyers without Borders inaugural research programme! This year, we will be running numerous research projects relating to human rights, the environment, the rule of law, and more! Our first research project will be accepting applications for researchers until the 8th of October, 2020.
This project centres around the protection of wildlife in Tanzania and Kenya. The aim of the research is to provide, for the Wildlife Crime Programme run by Lawyers without Borders in Tanzania and Kenya, two new wildlife card games to be used by key legal stakeholders to provide training and accessible information regarding species identification, categorisation, and the associated protection statuses they hold. You will also be producing a report. As part of the research team for the project, you will have the opportunity to research the multiple frameworks protecting different species including the Kenya Wildlife Conservation and Management Act of 2013.
