The Human Rights Lawyers Association’s Judicial Review Moot Competition 2020 is now live.

Law students are invited to submit written grounds for an application for Judicial Review in teams of two by 23.00 on Monday 12 October. The best eight teams of two will be invited to apply for permission to seek Judicial Review orally at a hearing on 12 November 2020 in front of human rights practitioners.The two teams with the highest scores for their oral permission application will go on to compete in the final at the Royal Courts of Justice in the substantive Judicial Review.
