Wellbeing Week Reminder – 15th-18th October
Dear Students,
There is still time to book your place on our Wellbeing Week sessions.

Therapets and Yoga are now fully booked, however we will let you know if there are any cancellations and we will operate a waiting list on the day of the sessions. More details about this will be announced next week.
These events are designed with your health and wellbeing in mind, we want to help you de-stress and have fun. Take some time out to re-charge and re-energise.

Tuesday 15 October – 1-2pm: Student Wellbeing Session – Student Support Services
Find out about the support services the University offers at this friendly, informal Q&A session. Representatives from Student Disability Service, Student Counselling Service and Nightline will provide information and answer your questions about support and volunteering opportunities. Info leaflets and healthy snacks provided. Book here
Wednesday 16 October – 1-2pm: Student Wellbeing Session – Edinburgh Sports Union
At this energising and interactive session, discover the benefits of exercising to support your studies, health and wellbeing. Michael Webster from the Sports Union will guide you through the diverse range of sports and fitness activities within the University. Book here
Friday 18 October – 4-6pm – Relaxing Movie Afternoon!
End the week with a relaxing film showing of ‘Little Miss Sunshine’. Book here
