Law School Wellbeing Week Yoga

Dear Students,

We are delighted to announce bookings for our Law School Wellbeing Week Yoga are now open. Please click on the links below to book your place.

Please note spaces are limited – please only book one session to ensure as many students as possible get an opportunity. Thank you!

These events are designed with your health and wellbeing in mind, we want to help you de-stress and have fun. Take some time out to re-charge and re-energise.

Wednesday 16 October – 3-5pm, Yoga – Ken Mason Master’s Hub, LG.07

Slow down your day with gentle, de-stressing and relaxing yoga. Yoga is an ancient practice that brings together body and mind. By incorporating breathing exercises, meditation and poses this practice encourages relaxation and reduces stress. These sessions aim to be inclusive and are suitable for both new and experienced yoga practitioners.

Mats will be provided, however please feel free to bring your own.

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring warm socks and a jumper for the relaxation part of the session.

Law Postgraduate Students please note: the Masters Hub will be closed from 2-5pm in order for us to hold these sessions which are part of the Law School’s Wellbeing Week. We thank you for your patience while we use the hub.  If you need a quiet study space during this time please go to Teaching Room 03 which will serve as a substitute PG study space for the afternoon.
